WRAP AROUND PROVISION AT MAYFIELD

  Breakfasts - After School - Holidays

Our wrap around provision has grown extensively over the last few years and is all encompassing in terms of breakfast, after-school and the larger holiday periods. The Early Risers Breakfasts, After School's Cool and Sports Cool Holiday Clubs are well established and run by staff who know the children and are either permanent full-time members of our team or who support our curriculum with regular teaching and coaching visits to school.

This offer has been developed with support and help from our partners Magic Breakfast and Sports Cool Fylde. There commitment to ensuring we have the resources and support we need is greatly appreciated and forms a central part of our offer.

Early Risers Breakfast and After School's Cool, including booking systems, are managed by Ms Wilmott and Mrs Thomason. Please contact the school office in person or email info@mayfield.lancs.sch.uk for more information or to book your child into either of these.

Sports Cool Holiday Clubs are managed directly by their team, although Ms Wilmott & Mrs Carlton (Family Learning Mentor) can help families by signposting ways to access these. Costs for Early Risers Breakfasts: £4.50 per day or £3.50 per day (if arriving from 8.15am onwards).

Costs for After School's Cool: £6.50 per day.

Sports Cool Holiday Clubs: These are free to families eligible for HAF codes (see Mrs Carlton for eligibility). Other costs vary dependent upon the holiday event.

We request that you provide as much notice as possible to book places on the provision, but ad-hoc bookings and shorter notice bookings can be made as we understand unforeseen circumstances do arise and cover may suddenly be required. 

It is our standard procedure to request payment at the time in full in order to ensure that large monies owed do not start to gather. 

School leaders reserve the right to refuse access to the provision if it is deemed in the best interests of the parties concerned.
