WEEKLY CLASS 'SOCIAL WELL-BEING TIME' HEADING YOUR WAY

Zoom links and invites will be shared on the class blog page on Purple Mash before the scheduled times which commence in the week of 25th January.

We have designed a ‘well-being chat and get together’ time with classes and their teacher in a weekly slot from next week onwards. We are going to use Zoom for this - so watch our for your invite. This is not a lesson - it is about touching base. So we have used a different platform for this as it is for a different purpose. Initially KS2 teachers (KS1 & EYFS have live phonics contact so this kind of session will follow later for them.) will be able to meet their classes face-to-face, ask them how they are, answer questions, maybe have a fun quiz, touch base about their current thoughts etc… in place of one of the sessions on their day. We have tested this process this week and are ready for roll-out next week.                                  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE SUCCESS OF ANYTHING IS DEPENDENT UPON INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND SPEED AND WE DO NOT  CONTROL THIS.  WE WILL MEASURE HOW THIS GOES AND THEN TAKE IT FROM THERE AS WE SPREAD THIS ACROSS THE REST OF SCHOOL.
