START WITH WHY

The 'Start with Why' approach is derived from the philosophy of British-American Author & Speaker: Simon Sinek. We have studied his analysis of leadership so now when leaders move school into new areas we create a shared intention, motivation and rationale as our first action. Otherwise it is implementating actions without purpose.
