School Development Priorities
TURNING INTENT INTO IMPLEMENTATION
With two Covid interrupted academic years school leaders have developed and adapted a two phase path through this period in order to continue moving school forward rapidly during this time.
There are many ongoing actions across school, however the overarching priorities below reflect the central focus upon areas which will drive necessary improvement and generate sustainable capacity for sustained, long term, strong performance.
In each case a whole school audit 'or evaluation of provision' has formed the starting point for what need to do next and this process is best studied in tandem with the 'Mayfield Self Evaluation Document' which is available upon request to the headteacher.
