School Development Priorities
TURNING INTENT INTO IMPLEMENTATION
See below the latest Phase Three 'Sustainable Growth' School Development Plan overarching priorities. These underpin the intensive work we are undertaking in this this new phase of our school's journey and build immediately upon Phase One 'Immediate Actions for Lasting Improvement' and Phase Two 'Embed, Develop & Measure Impact'.
With two Covid interrupted academic years from September 2019-July 2021, school leaders developed and adapted a two phase three year plan which ran from 2019/2020 - 2021/2022) in order to continue moving school forward rapidly during this time.
There are many ongoing actions across school, however these overarching priorities reflect the central focus upon areas which will drive necessary improvement and generate sustainable capacity for sustained, long term, strong performance.
In each case a whole school audit 'or evaluation of provision' has formed the starting point for what need to do next and this process is best studied in tandem with the 'Mayfield Self Evaluation Document' which are available upon request to the headteacher.
